At Gulf Community Church, our desire is to partner with you, the parents, for the spiritual growth of your child. We plan a full hour for your children while you enjoy our Adult Worship environment.
waumba land (bIRTH - PRE-K)
Our preschool environment, Waumba Land, is created especially for your infants (six weeks) through preschool-aged children. We can’t wait to meet them! We know things are busy at this stage of life and your children are learning and growing in amazing ways. We are ready for them!
Before your preschoolers head off to elementary school, we want them to know three basic truths...
God made them.
God loves them.
Jesus wants to be their friend forever!
Upstreet (k - 5th grade)
In UpStreet, our elementary environment, we believe the Bible should never be boring, worship can be really loud, and good leaders always care. The focus is our small group environment. We want kids to see how God's Word fits in to their lives, to learn how to talk to him, and to build friendships that will last.
Before your elementary children head off to middle school, we want to make sure these three things stick...
I need to make the wise choice.
I can trust God no matter what.
I should treat others the way I want to be treated.
Check in for our Family Ministry Environments begins at 8:45am outside of Theater #4. First time here? No worries! We encourage you to come a little early to meet our volunteers and find your seat in the service. Don't worry, our Guest Services Volunteers will show you exactly where to go.
When you arrive, you and your child will be given matching ID tags. Your child will wear the name tag portion that contains a number that matches to the copy you have. Please keep your phone where you can see it during the service and we will text you should the need arise. During checkout, you will show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you.
Have questions? Contact our Family Ministry Director, Lindsey Fleischman at firstname.lastname@example.org.
middle and high school students
As we continue to grow, we plan to offer full programming for your middle and high school students. Until then, we invite your students to serve in one of our environments, and join you for our Adult Worship Service.
